BBQ Baked Ribs by Cookin’ Elle
These ribs are, quite simply, lip-smackingly delicious. They’re sweet, sticky, spicy and super tender. You have to make this dish!

  1. Preheat the oven to 150C. Line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Massage the By’eck! BBQ Rub all over the ribs and place on the prepared tray. Cover with foil and bake until very tender – this should take around 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to high. Remove the foil from ribs and brush both sides with the By’eck! BBQ sauce.
  4. Grill until the sauce starts to caramelise – around 5 minutes.
