Preheat the oven to 150C. Line a baking tray with foil.
Massage the By’eck! BBQ Rub all over the ribs and place on the prepared tray. Cover with foil and bake until very tender – this should take around 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to high. Remove the foil from ribs and brush both sides with the By’eck! BBQ sauce.
Grill until the sauce starts to caramelise – around 5 minutes.
